Glacern EM90 nickel-plated endmills are an outstanding choice for removing material quickly. For best results, use larger depth of cut
and lighter width of cut. This keeps more of the insert face engaged, which is especially helpful for the longer "B" type models. You'll be
able to increase RPM and IPM and fly through your workpiece. EM90 endmils are used primairly as a low cost option for roughing. Reduce your
solid carbide endmill cost by letting these endmills take care of most of the work. Inserts are free cutting for low vibration and low power consumption. Increase productivity and reduce tooling costs! Made of premium alloy steel and hardened to 35HRC. Weldon flats come standard. Screws are included, and replacement screws are available. Compatible with APMT1135 and APGT1135 inserts. Inserts sold separately.
