The GDV-620DX (Version 4) 6” Deluxe Double Vise is the flagship of Glacern's workholding line. At 6" wide x 20.5" long and weighing in at a hefty 110 lbs, this cnc vise securely holds multiple workpieces for maximum productivity.
Perfect for mass production environments and rapid prototyping shops, this 6-Inch Glacern Double Vise can clamp two similar or dissimilar sized workpieces up to 4.25" in its dual stations.
The GDV-620DX (Version 4) double vise also quickly converts into a wide opening single station or reversed single station cnc vise with a massive 11.25" capacity between jaws, and features fully ground sides for optional sideways bed mounting in your CNC machine. We’ve taken what’s made this vise popular and made it even better by improving on the past and incorporating new features. Maximize your VMC or HMC table real estate even more by attaching the vise to your table/tombstone with our new machined thru-hole bolt down method. The GDV-620DX (Version 4) has four thru-holes, which allow you to drop a long 1/2-13 bolt down through the bed itself to attach it to the table, completely aleviating the need for any side clamping. Hole spacing is at 10-inches and 4-inches so it's compatible with a standard 2x2 grid plate. Running a Haas or a Tormach? All of our vises now come with 5/8" T-slot keys.
